This is the flagship chain of entrepreneur, philanthropist, and drug king pin, Gus Fring. It is at this location where Walt first meets with Gus to discuss buying 38 pounds of meth. The meeting, set up by Saul, was initially supposed to be with Jesse but after he shows up high, the wily and always cautious Gus refuses to meet him. With a little persuasion, Walt convinces Gus to go for the deal, a whopping 1.2 million for the 38 pounds of meth. Realizing that the product is high quality, Gus invites Walt back and offers him an even larger sum of 3 million for three months worth of work, embroiling Walt even further in the hardcore world of meth making and cartel connections. The actual Pollos Hermanos is a "Twisters" restaurant, a burger chain that originated in Albuquerque. After you snap some photos go in for lunch; they make a mean green chili cheeseburger.
