In Season 3 after Jesse discovers that rival dealers have killed Combo and are also selling Blue Sky. While Jesse tries to convince Walt to help him make ricin to take out the rival dealers for killing Combo and also for forcing the young boy Tomas into dealing for them, Walt refuses saying that they do not threaten them. Walt of course changes his mind on this. While these scenes take place at a nondescript bar in the show, the filming location was at Paul’s Monterey Inn, a 1960s style steak house and speakeasy.
