The perfect cover for a state of the art meth super lab was an industrial laundry owned by Gus called 'Lavanderia Brillante.' But the actual location used for filming shots of the laundry is Delta Cleaners located at 1617 Candelaria Street, Albuquerque, NM 87107. While it was Gale who set up the lab, which cost Gus 8 million dollars to build but would allow him to compete with the Juarez Cartel by cooking 200-300 pounds of meth per week, it was Walt and Jesse who did most of the cooking in the super lab. After Jesse kills Gale to assure his and Walt's worth to Gus, Gus brutally kills his henchman, Victor, in front of Walt, Jesse, and Mike, showing his true cold-blooded nature. After things go sour with Gus, Walt and Jesse are virtually held prisoner in the lab, always watched over by Mike or another of Gus' henchman and always on camera, of which Walt took advantage of to vent his frustrations. After Gus' assassination, Walt and Jesse burn down the super lab and the laundry in a chemical fire, but the surviving footage on a laptop proves to be a problem for Walt and Jesse in Season 5.
