This was was one of the many location shoots for the movie. Captain America, feeling nostalgic after visiting the Smithsonian Museum Exhibit checks in on his one time girlfriend, Peggy Carter.  In the film she is in a nursing home, and she is now 95 years old. The house was built in 1915 for Kermode Gill, who built the famous Terminal Tower in Cleveland and Central Union Station. The structure now sits as a Cleveland Heights landmark.  Designed by Frank Meade, who was Dean of the Cleveland School of Architects, construction started in 1910 and finished in 1915.  The 7 bed, 7 bath, 7290 square foot home had only two owners in its history, and the last listing had it valued at just under $900,000 in 2013 when it was taken off the market.
