The second of two private residence locations used in the filming of Captain America: The Winter Soldier, this 2660 square foot multiple occupancy home was built in 1999.  In 2004, it was sold for $315,000 but after nearly ten years of ownership issues, it was sold for nearly half of that at a foreclosure auction in 2013.  In the movie it was used as the setting for Sam Wilson's apartment.
