Calling itself Nashville's Own Tiny Gourmet Sandwich Emporium, the Slider House is open from 11am until 3am every day, with house specials that start from $8.99 for two sliders and a side, plus its own patron rewards program with added discounts. Domestic beers are reasonably priced for midtown, averaging at $4 a pint. It's an open plan, diner style establishment, with a mirage of memorabilia covering the walls and a small space at the front of the venue for a band to perform. The live music on a Saturday has the customers up on their feet, dancing and partying until closing time. Owing to the spacious area surrounding the bar, there is still plenty of both standing room and seating space, and service is fast and friendly at all times, making everything seem effortless and easygoing.
