Driving Tour -Patsy Cline is a country music icon and pioneer who helped usher in the modern era for American country singers. She is a native of Winchester. She loved Winchester and often introduced herself to audiences as, "Hi, my name is Patsy Cline, and I'm from Winchester, Virginia." Patsy Cline was one of the first country artists to crossover successfully onto both the pop and country charts. She was the first solo female inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame. Some of her famous hits were: I Fall to Pieces, Crazy, and Walkin' After Midnight.
