Everybody should be familiar with George Washington, the Father of our Country, and the first President of the United States! Be sure to get a ‘close-up and personal’ dose of history at George Washington’s Office Museum. Outside exhibits represent Washington’s three careers – surveyor, soldier, and statesman – all of which began here in Winchester-Frederick County, VA. The museum is open daily April – October for a nominal fee, and is sure to enchant everyone in the family.
