Welcome to Eaton Lodge. This was once the home of Key West'??s only doctor, William Warren. This property was more than his private home. Dr. Warren performed procedures on his patients within these very walls. He often paced the floor with worry and concern for the well-being of his patients. It's been many years since the good doctor and his wife lived here but their spirits never left. A woman in formal attire is often spotted in the garden and she is likely the doctor'??s wife, Genevieve. She loved the gardens and spent much of her time cultivating orchids and created one of the first ornamental gardens on the island. Guests often hear footsteps pacing the halls although no one can be seen. Does Dr. Warren continue to pace these floors in worry over his patients? Sounds of typing are heard in the middle of the night although the source of the noise can'??t be found. It's not uncommon for lights and radios to turn on and off without human intervention. Small objects will go missing only to reappear a few days later in an unusual and unexpected location. Some guests have difficulty with bed sheets being rearranged during the night although their partner is fast asleep and unmoving.
