22. Nicholson House
Williamsburg, VA
The Nicholson house was home to a great violin player in the 18th century, Cuthbert Ogle, until his death in 1755. Many claim that the spirit of Ogle remains in the house and report that they have been touched or grabbed on the shoulder by a presence. You may hear one of two sounds late at night: the faint sound of a violin playing, or what sounds like nails scratching on wood. Care to stick around long enough to hear it?!
