Walking through the fourth floor of the Canada Place in London, it is easy to see how the Plateau Restaurant obtained it's name. Flowing with elegance and delivering a magnificent view of Canary Wharf, London's major business district, the restaurant offers a dynamic atmosphere with sheer glass outlining the dining areas. In Batman Begins the Plateau doubled as the hotel interior where Bruce makes a fully public scene of his care free playboy attitude. In front of Wayne Enterprises CEO, William Earle, Bruce took a dip with his two promiscuous dates in the restaurant's decorative fountain. Lifelong caretaker, Alfred, advised Bruce to "drive sport cars, date movie stars, buy things that aren't for sale" in order to create a more ostentatious image for the public side of his double life. Following Alfred's advice on securing his reputation as a young billionaire, Wayne nonchalantly purchases the hotel as he strolls through the high class restaurant. Some dates buy a nice bottle of champagne, Bruce Wayne buys buildings.
